Welcome to the Koivulan Kartano. In our hotel, you can stay in spacious rooms and apartments.
Each room is individually decorated. Koivula Manor is also suitable for families, as all accommodation options have a comfortable double bed and extra beds. A total of 30 beds are available. All Koivula Manor accommodations include a private bathroom, a TV, and free Wi-Fi. Guests booked with the hotel room can also use a shared kitchen and sauna.

General

Koivula Manor is a Bed & Breakfast type hotel. A full breakfast is included in the room rate for all the guests. A breakfast buffet is served in the downstairs dining area of the main building. Nutritious breakfasts include porridge, muesli, eggs, bread, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables and fruits. Drinking coffee, tea and juice.

Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00.

If you need an earlier breakfast, please inform the reception upon arrival.

There are four rooms upstairs in the Koivula Manor's main building. There is a kitchen in the lobby and a sauna that can be used by the room's occupants.

The rooms are spacious, about 20 square meters and have a comfortable double bed and an extra bed. Each room has a private bathroom and TV. Breakfast, sheets and towels are included.

The aitta is an old side building and granary built in the early 1800's which has been renovated for new use. The four cozy individually decorated apartments are about 40 square meters in size. They have a comfortable double bed and an extra bed or two. The kitchen adds more comfort to self-catered travelers. Breakfast buffet is at the main building is included. Each apartment has its own bathroom and TV.

Koivulan Kartano also has accommodation at Hormajärvi lakeside. The cottage is 600 meters from the main building. There is a sauna next to the cottage where you can enjoy a Finnish wood-heated sauna with a lake view. Swim in a clean lake and row on a rowboat. The cottage is equipped with modern day facilities. The cottage houses five and the sauna cabin also has a double bed.
 
Linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The yard has a gas grill. Breakfast at the main building is not included in the price but can be ordered separately.

The cottage and the sauna cabin are rented together.
